Sehr schöne und saubere Apartments, relativ zentral gelegen. Die unmittelbare Umgebung ist nicht das schönste Viertel in Budapest, aber Service und alles waren umfangreich und makellos!

The reception is not at the hotel address at No 18-20 but at No. that was difficult to find. After ringing the door repeatedly, the door still didn't open/and no one answered, even for other residents for 5 minute. Because I paid with cash (as I indicated at the online booking), I was told that the hold that was placed on my credit card was only going to be released after 2-3 weeks. That does not seems OK. The area is filthy and there are lots of dog fools on the street. The surrounding buildings are crumbling since IIWW. The room is modern, clean, spacious. (If there are cooking equipment then chopping board would be useful too. Could not find the switch to the hob-extractor fan.) It was OK as a sale offer / discounted price from Hotels.com, but it will be not satisfactory if I had to pay the full price - because of the environment.

Studio was modern and we had everything we needed there. Staff was very helpful. Cleanliness could be better; the floor was dirty with lot of hair from previous gests left on it. Wifi not great. The hotel description says it is in the center, but actually it's about 50 minute walk to the Parlament and Basilica. Public transport is close enough, so not a major issue, however, the street is very dodgy and doesn't feel safe at all. Buildings look like falling apart and rubbish bins are everywhere. The hotel was good value for money, overall satisfied with our stay.
