This was one of the worst stays we have ever had. The place was extremely dirty, with the provided dishes, plates, and utensils were all appearing uncleaned. There were numerous roaches and ants inside the common areas of the hotel. There was no wifi available due solely to the host refusing to share the access code and credentials. There was one person who was available to sign you in and if you arrived at the property and she was not there you had to wait for her to return. The host despite our putting up a do not disturb sign and asking that no one entered went into our room, and turned off the air conditioner to save on costs. This property was in Bermuda and she did so during the hottest part of the day which caused some food inside our room to spoil in addition to it being unbearably hot and uncomfortable. When we wanted to throw a bag of trash away the host complained that we had a small bag of trash and that it was inconvenient. We were forced to carry this trash bag onto a separate hotel property to properly dispose. Further, none of the common areas in the location were air conditioned and unbearably hot. The outdoor area was unkempt and dirty also.
