The house was nicely done up and clean. Location approximately 5 mins drive from town center where majority of eateries are situated. The only negative was the number of flies in the house when we checked in which was a minor inconvenience.

The overall experience was disappointing and we felt that the property promised more than it delivered. The Mould on the shower curtain. The soft mattresses on the beds, the uncomfortable sofa and the total lack of signage making the property hard to locate in the dark! We didn't feel this was a $200 a night property.

Location was fantastic and layout of the villa was great. The kitchen wasn't as fully-equipped as other properties we have stayed, eg no colander, no vegetable peeler, no oven-proof dish which made self-catering a bit challenging. The lamps in the lounge room also didn't seem to work and there was a light globe flickering in the kitchen

Cute cottage in Apollo Bay
Best property in Apollo Bay. Property was very well located, a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive to the main part of Apollo Bay with restaurants and beach. Extremely clean and very well kept. Bed was very comfortable and location very quiet and private. Kitchen is fully equipped if you need it. Only thing to note is the heat and air conditioning is pretty limited, just one unit in the living room area that didn’t work properly during our stay.
