Wyndham Garden Guadalajara Acueducto

The front desk staff was not very courteous. Our air conditioner was not working in our room, and all three times I went down to ask them if they could fix it, I was met with staff that did not seem to care at all. we sweated it out, but I will not stay here again. In addition, our sink was very slow draining. I just don't think they keep up with the maintenance! It is a great location! Unfortunately, our trip was marred by uncaring staff

Only one English Channel on television. Bed was a little hard for me but I am accustomed to a sleep number bed. Towels could be used for sand paper. But employees were friendly . I reserved 2 nights but left after one

The hotel is a good hotel. The rooms are comfortable and clean. My only warning to anyone wanting to stay there is that there is a bar/club right below the hotel. Both nights I stayed there (Thursday and Friday), there was loud music that played until like 1-2 in the morning.
