Elk Refuge Inn

The room was nice, it has a small kitchen with a table and chairs to sit at. You park right outside the door, which is convenient to unload/load the car. It was nice to be in a room I could actually get cool after being in a couple that were hot at other hotels. The only things that could’ve been better are the bathroom door needs a good cleaning inside and out. I don’t know how no ones noticed that by now. It looks like condensation that dried on the door. Also, the room had two queens or doubles, but both are pushed against a wall. That may be good for kids, but at almost 50 years old I don’t want to fight my way out of the bed if I need to get up in the middle of the night and neither did my husband so we slept in separate beds. Not exactly what we were hoping for on the last night of a couples trip. The outlets on the nightstand didn’t fit my iPad charger, which has a bigger end than normal cords. I read in bed spit would’ve been helpful.

Spacious, nice view, comfortable bed, good shower, great kitchenette, nice variety of complementary snacks. I think they also gave me an upgraded room at no added charge. Appreciate the location - close enough to town to get what you need, but closer to the park than most places and quiet.

Great location. Great value. Comfortable beds. Room 112 had a jetted tub which did not work.

Service was friendly. Kitchenette Room was nicely equipped, clean and nicely prepared. Everything was pleasantful. Close to Jackson square and grover stores. Only one small thing was one of the queen bed was very soft and probably needs to be replaced.

It’s a great place and stay! Close to Grand Teton NP & close to downtown Jackson! The room was clean and spacious for us and all of our hiking gear. We did have a problem with the ac/heating unit not working during our stay. It was never fixed, but they did give us a fan to use. Luckily the weather was great out so the room stayed at a comfortable temperature. We have already recommended this hotel to our friends who plan on going to the area for the national parks in the future. Great place!

We had late check in so we didn't know there would not be any maid service, we kept putting out the maid service sign but then nothing. When I went to the office to inquire, the woman there then told me the situation, she was sort of rude and off putting. I said that our trash was full and what should we do? She told us where the dumpster was..

Fantastic location with a nice kitchenette. Perfect place if exploring Grand Teton National Park!
