Portonovo Hotel & Suites

Staff was courteous and helpful, although not a lot of english is spoken here. Room was spacious, clean, and modern. Restaurant was mediocre. Location was okay, not great.

well, they charge my debit card with a check in fee... and cancell it after. why? idk, and told me that if its a local bank it will take three days... if its international will take up to 30 days (my case), so they keeping 40 dlls for a month.. great!. but to be honest for the price i will do it again. the agave restaurant have nice, good and cheap breakfast. the rooms dont have a drawer for your clothes. nice cable. bad wifi. hard bed

Nos quedamos en el master suite y nos gusto. Estaba amplio y limpio para nosotros, éramos mi esposo y yo y mi niña de 2 años. En general muy bien, solo detalles de la cama si un poco incómoda, y el servicio de limpieza si no podían limpiar en las mañanas cuando salíamos, lo hacían en la tarde y tardaban mucho para limpiar y nosotros sólo queríamos llegar a descansar. Pero eso si lo dejaban muy limpio y olor muy agradable. Tiene buena comida en el restaurante. No tuvimos ningún problema con la tarjeta del cuarto como vimos en algunos comentarios de que se desprogramaban.

I asked for towels that were never brought and then the next day, they cleaned the room but there were no towels. When asked, the hotel informed me that all the towels were in the wash. The breakfast was excellent.
