Princessa Vera Hotel Apartments

Despite requesting poolside balcony 2nd floor. We were allocated a roadside room. The noise of the traffic and karaoke from next door bar was loud and difficult to sleep through. Having said that the reception did give us an opportunity to change rooms when a room became available. We declined this and put up with the noise. The evening buffet and choice of breakfast was very good. The bed on the studio suite was very large and comfortable. Finally the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Comfortable and enjoyable, great location

Very load and noisy during the night makes it hard to sleep Two Kareoke bars across the road and adjacent to hotel playing load music until early morning every night. Reception staff we spoke to was unhelpful and uncaring Woken in the mornings at 6.30 am by noisy pool cleaning staff shouting at each other Room not cleaned properly. Toilet in room needs maintenance. Even though two seperate pools, children's and adult, young unsupervised children were in adult pool , very noisy and splashing adults. Not relaxing at all. Sign regarding pool etiquette for Adult Pool use would be helpful.

We enjoyed our stay, especially my son. He was thrilled to see two swimming pools. Staff were very helpful and efficient. Wifi signal was excellent in all areas. Generally a very quiet complex. Our room was ground floor with garden view and easy access to the pool. This had one drawback though. Every night the watering system went on and sprayed water all over our towels and swimming suits which we placed earlier outside to dry. As a result, they were still wet in the morning. Finally, I was disappointed to hear that they charge extra if you want to have a late check-out.

Good location, close to the mall, there is a bus station nearby. Nice room, clean,sutuble for 4 pepole. nice pool, there is a public beach 30 meters behind the hotel. Breakfast was good, but the coffee should be improved. informative and helpful stuff.
