Great place to stay, right in the center of the action. 3 windows opening to st-louis St. Beds were comfortable. Will be going back

La propreté laisse quelque peu a désiré. Oui dans le vieux port mais difficile de trouver du stationnement.La chambre #10 beaucoup plus petite que les photos. La pomme de douche est du pour etre changer. Poussieres visible sur les lampe,la television. Ressemble plus a un motel qu'a un hotel. La base du lit est vieille et brisée. J'ai passé la nuit a avoir peur de tomber. 1ere et dernière fois ppur nous

The check-in took a little time but thats because they have to manage 4-5 hotels, the TV remote did not have any batteries, but we were not there to watch tv, beside thats it was pleasant, very close to the attractions, the room was really nice very clean,

The hotel has no desk, you have to check in at other hotel near the place. Cleanness was Not very good, I could see a layer of dust at chair in my room.

Great location Upon arrival our room was only 14deg and a window was cracked open. This was during the middle of a snowstorm in February!! There was also garbage on the floor like coffee cup lids and napkins when we arrived. During our stay the cleaning staff didn’t do a great job with cleaning up either Hot water & water pressure for showers were a big issue too.

Excellent location, right in Old Quebec. We were victims of the Via Rail Train halting due to blockades. I phoned twice to say our train was being delayed and asked about checkin. We were very late and they wanted us to walk to their main hotel instead of just meeting us. They didn't provide us with the code for the main door. We thought our keys would open it but guests told us the codes

We liked the location but that is it. We parked in front to find out you have to either drive arsonists the block since you are on a one way street or walked to a different hotel to ice up the key. No valet parking, non reception desk at the sites. Well there is a reception desk but all the laundry bags were stacked on and around it. Mattress is old and hard, pillows are even worse. Bathroom does need a remodel. Could not control heat so we had to open the window when we got in. At least the window worked. To expensive for what you get.

Check-in was a bit confusing, but the location was quaint and cute. It was a good mixture of old and new.

Spacious clean comfortable room located in the heart of Old Quebec. Accommodating desk staff with great recommendations for dining- I look forwards to a visit in the near further - thank you

Great location!!!! Could walk everywhere! Lots of character and helpful people on the desk. Having no elevator would be a drawback for some guests especially with heavy suitcases.Enjoyed the stay immensely.
