Very clean and well maintained hotel. Large room and comfy bed. The hotel is about a mile walk through the shopping centre to the schloss cable car. A few really good restaurants just around the corner (I'd highly recommend the Thai). But the best bit is you have a full sized supermarket downstairs that's open till 10pm

We booked two rooms for our family and they reserved two next to each other. The staff was very pleasant and friendly, with great English skills. Easily walkable from the train station. Grocery store on the ground floor helps make up for a lack of vending machines in the hotel. I would stay there again if I was in town.

The hotel was comfortable. It was conveniently located in the same building complex as SCheck market which is very handy for buying drinks, breakfast, fruit etc. It was also locate across the street from the tram, train and bus station and only 2 stops away from Heidelberg Hauptbahnhof and 2 stops from Stadt Bismarckplatz. We rented 2 rooms for 2 and 3 occupancy. The third bed was a pull out single sofa bed. The hotel did not provide daily room service but provided fresh towels and replenishment of coffee when requested. Overall, it was a good location and comfortable for a short stay. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Nice clean comfortable room in a great location. Busses and trams to the Altstadt or train station stop right outside the front door. There is a very nice market and bakery right next door. The parking facility was excellent.

No USB ports in the room so it’s a nightmare to charge your phones or laptops if you don’t have a power adapter. Very tiny rooms. You are warned! Location was great with a grocery store on the ground floor. 7-10 minutes walk to the old town. Front desk was friendly and one guy from New York was super helpful! Thank you!

The hotel was clean and is in an excellent location for bus / tram stops. 2 stops away from Bismarkplatz and 5 away from the castle. Parking was €20 per day but the Premier Inn don't have many spaces so it is first come first served. No draught beer available in the bar but prices reasonable for a city and the 50% off Happy Hour between 5 and 7pm is great! One member of staff in particular was very helpful and friendly - Poala (hope I have spelled in correctly!). Breakfast was €17.90 per person with kids eating free but you had to be quick to get the bacon as it soon disappeared when there are 100+ guests and a tray of bacon had about 12 rashers!

Room was standard for hotel, nice hot shower, but no fridge. TV had a couple of English news stations. Staff were friendly. Supermarket underneath hotel, open Mon-Sat.

Central, clean hotel in Heidelberg. Not too much noise from the road at night and just a small walk from old town of Heidelberg. Rooms have A/C that works and isn’t noisy. Parking is first come, first served but if you manage to get a spot, it is very easy to reach the hotel. Overall a good experience.

Majority of the staff were great - friendly and helpful. One morning staff member was extremely rude - hostile even - about a breakfast misunderstanding. Could do with some air conditioning in the bar. Pull out bed was a little too small for our daughter. This aside, enjoyed the stay.
