Quality getting worst
Bugs on the bed. Poor breakfast quality and options. Service not up to standard. Bad attitude to dismantle the lounges to set up table for dinner at 16 pm.

Of things that went awry in our hotel room and it was immediately fixed upon request. Also, the front desk service was friendly and prompt. My family and I loved the welcoming we received with a shell necklace, iced tea and cold towel.

Staff went above and beyond to please !
Excellent hotel. Located on Station 1 far from the buzz of station 2 but walkable. This hotel probably has the largest beach front area. Sitting in the restaurant between the swimming pool (watching the kids) and the beach was superb. Staff went above and beyond with excellent service, nothing seems to be a problem and everything was possible. Special compliments to the Restaurant Supervisor RIO, waitress Dalva, Melody, Robert, Dave and everybody else. The private transfer was also impeccable and organised. Thank you so much ! We had a great time in this resort. From the airport transfer to check in, the staff are very organized and helpful. Our room was awesome with the pool and ocean views. It’s very spacious and clean. All the staff are great. I love that the resort is beach front. Lots of security guards so we feel safe staying in this resort. We would definitely come back here.

Great location, but falls short of 5 star rating
Location 10/10. Service 10/10. Food 6/10. Value 4/10. This Hotel is supposed to be 5 star, they need to get a new head chef, the cooking was very average despite the cost of a main being the most expensive in my stay in Boracay. They have a gorgeous looking selection of fresh fish, then overcook it, so you are served a dry and tough bit of fish. The patisserie is made with synthetic tasting ‘mock cream’ reminding me of school dinners from the 1980’s. The cost of the main dish is equivalent to a top restaurant in Auckland (my home town) but no where near the quality. Then they charge a 10% service charge on everything to top it all off.
The hotel gym was like a bomb site, one door missing, holes in the ceiling, masking tape from painting still on the windows - far from being a 5 star experience.

Beautiful property most rooms are not directly on the ocean front but set back off the ocean pool needs better maintaince water was cloudy the ocean was clearer lots of construction work going on here and noise well in to the late night past midnight the first room they tried to give us we opened the drapes to the balcony and construction workers wefe peering in our windows as they worked so they upgraded us to a nice room with a leaky roof but it worked as it hardly rained till the last day when it poured also use there transport service from the airport and back to the airpoft from the hotel but make sure they do not forget any of your bags like they did on my laptop we had to go thru a lot of trouble to get it back to the airport and my wife stressed so bad i thought she was going to have a heart attack
