No reception service - no early or late check-in available-you are facing a machine that only works from 2pm while people start arriving and building a pool. That day I had no access to my card and used cash. The local tax could only be paid by card in order to retrieve the key. You can not explain to a machine you need to pay cash. I was lucky my friend could help me out. For few hours during breakfast service there is a reception. I had a late flight and would have paid for a late check out. Not possible. This is poor service!!! However the room is good. The shower lovely and the location close to the tube station. If you prepare for the machine checkin the rest is fine and the rooms good.
