Citadines Harbourview Hong Kong

Das Citadines Habourview ist ein Apartmenthotel, die Raumgröße überrascht einem im ersten Moment. Soviel Platz gibt es in Hongkong Island selten. Neben dem herrlichen Blick in den Hafen, findet man im Citadines alles, was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt mit Selbstversorgung wünscht. Bonus: Waschmaschine und Trockner sind kostenlos. Obwohl chinesisches Neujahr war und die meisten Chinesen Urlaub hatten, wurden wir vom Portier und auch der Zimmerfrau stets freundlich und zuvorkommend behandelt.

With a window that cannot he opened(reasonable), the hotel claims that the rooms temp are centrally controlled. Because if our room temp is set for cooler, all the rooms will be affected. We cooked in the room, because they offer cookware, the heat cannot go away for hours due to these reasons. I asked for a fan if such windows and air con are not adjustable, they cannot even offer a fan for us. I said to the receptionist “so we just have to sit and suffer in the heat with no solution?” He said “yes... that’s basically what it can be..” what an answer! Thx for ur help hotel!

Great space and location. Friendly and helpful staff. Will happily stay there again

The hotel provides 'hotel accommodation' and long term residence. There is a gym on the second floor, but no food or drink services.

Overall a very good hotel. Some issues with the cleanliness but the staff attended to them immediately.
