This is a very outdated property and a very good location. The location is very convenient but I'm not sure anything has been upgraded. In the last 10 years. The bed was squeaky and felt like a cardboard box, The iron was broken with wires hanging out, Please don't open the medicine cabinet. It's rusted. Popcorn ceilings, with a switched outlet for the fan. With some simple upgrades this could be a great property but it looks like poor property management to me.
