I didn't stay. I never got sent check in instructions (code for the door etc) they never answered my messages and they didn't answer the phone. Absolute scam. Do not book this. Had to fork out for an emergency Travelodge

Booked the Accommodation a few weeks ago in Liverpool, rang them a week or so ago, eventually got someone, I asked how do we access the property, we will contact you around 24 hours before you arrive, nothing, then 2 hours before going to the property, a text message we have overbooked you now have to go to a property in Wallasey which is miles away over the Mersey. We have seen recent reviews of the Liverpool property it sounded scary, we weren't going to travel miles and extra trabel cost to what could have been a dump. It was also inconvenient to why we were in Liverpool, and would have added hours to our journey. Beware

This is a house of multiple occupants- shared corridors, these are not well maintained, with bare floors and scruffy areas. Other rooms had blaring music as we walked past. We don’t stay and decided to stay somewhere else instead
