Schönes Hotel für einen Städteurlaub
Wir waren absolut begeistert von Freundlichkeit und dem Service, der in diesem Hotel geboten wird. Es ist alles top sauber. Man muss aber mindestens eine Stunde einplanen, bis man in der City z. B. der Tower Bridge ist. Der einzige Nachteil für uns, war das ständige Dauerbrummen, welches sich nachts zur Vibration gesteigert hat. An Schlafen war dann leider nicht mehr zu denken. Es hat sich angehört, als ob ein Generator brummen würde. Dies war leider total unangenehm. Wir hatten 3 Doppelzimmer in der vierten Etage und man hat es in jedem Zimmer gehört. Ansonsten kann ich das Hotel wirklich sehr empfehlen.

Sehr schönes Zimmer gute Ausstattung für das Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr netter Frühstücksraum. Frühstück ist ok könnte was Aufschnitt (Wurst) da sein. Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und ruhig. Leider gibt es beim Frühstück keinen Käse oder eine Wurstauswahl. Käse ( in kleiner abgepackter Menge) wurde mir aber auf Nachfrage gebracht. Das Hotel liegt für einen Städtetrip grenzwertig weit draussen, ist aber gut errreichbar

Das Personal war ausnahmslos sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war gemütlich und sauber. Eins unser Einzelbetten hat übel genarrt. Und es war SEHR hellhörig. Allerdings lagen Ohrstöpsel im Zimmer. Die Lage des Hotels ist nicht soo schön.Es liegt an einer sehr stark befahrenen Straße. Gut ist allerdings,das direkt vor der Tür eine Bushaltestelle ist, die ins Zentrum führt. Das Frühstück war frisch, lecker und ausreichend. Alles in Allem sehr schön

Zimmer ok. Frühstück, naja...Anbindung zur Innenstadt, geht aber nicht optimal. Wochenende war nachts laut, einige besoffene außen die gegrölt haben. Würde ich wegen den weiteren Weg zur U-Bahn nicht mehr buchen.

Das Zimmer war perfekt. Das Personal ist auch sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker, aber mir persönlich fehlen die Brötchen und der Käse und Wurstaufschnitt, jedoch hält man das auch eine Tage ohne sowas aus.

Das Hotel ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Zwar liegt Ealing doch weit außerhalb des Zentrums, aber die Bushaltestelle liegt direkt vor der Türe und mit einmal Umsteigen ist man in etwa 40 Minuten in der City. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Zimmer zweckmäßig, aber freundlich eingerichtet und jedenfalls nach hinten raus auch ruhig. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls sehr gut. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung des Hotels finden sich im Übrigen zahlreiche Restaurants.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Zimmer modern, Frühstücksbuffet ok, über Bus und Tube verkehrstechnisch gut angebunden, das Hotelteam sehr bemüht und immer freundlich. Unser Zimmer war leider wegen der Straße recht laut Die direkte Nachbarschaft war nicht so einladend, 2-3 Busstopps weiter gab es nette Restaurants.

Schönes Hotel für einen Kurzaufenthalt
Wir waren für 2 Nächte in diesem Hotel und sehr zufrieden. Die Zimmer sind neu, bieten genügend Raum und eine zweckmäßige Ausstattung. Die Dusche ist angenehm groß, das Personal sehr zuvorkommend, das Frühstück gut. Die Bushaltestelle ist vor der Tür und 3 U-Bahnlinien schnell erreichbar.

Vom schnellen check-in über einen sehr freundlichen Empfangsmitarbeiter , der die Funktion der Schlüsselkarten und die Frühstückszeiten erklärte bis zu dem freundlich und modern eingerichteten Zimmer passte alles. Das Hotel war sehr schön und neu. Das tägliche Frühstück war sehr fein. Die Anbindung an die Metro ist gut, mit dem Bus nach 5 minuten am Bahnhof und von dort mit der Metro in 25 Minuten in der Stadt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

komfortables Hotel mit freundlichem Personal
Das Hotel ist für Besucher, welche nicht nur im Zentrum bleiben möchten, sondern auch den Westen (Southall, Ealing, Harrow, Wembley) kennen lernen möchten, optimal. Gleich vor dem Hotel befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle. Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war auch gut. Fanden es schade, dass das Restaurant gleich neben der Reception war ohne eine Trennwand oder ähnliches.

Not impressed
This hotel is not in a good location if you want to see the sights or shop in london. I booked in and out within an hour. I did not feel that it was in a safe location for 2 women traveling alone. I would not stay her if your trip is for fun or if you have a young family

House keeping service needs to be improved. Our room was not being makeup from the morning we left till night tine. Front desk and kitchen staff very helpful and approachable. Excellent customer service to Joanna and her team!

Great location, spotless and very friendly staff. I needed to leave at 6:30 AM, which is the time they start serving breakfast, so I asked them if I could have it earlier and sure enoug, they had it ready at 6:15

The hotel was in a good location a bit far from everything but buses were available for transport. The hotel was clean, rooms were a bit small but adequate. My issue is that money was stolen from my room using another key card that was left behind. There hasn’t been an compensation for my stolen money. Only an investigation that did not led to anything and I was told that they did not find evidence of wrongdoing, which there was since my money went missing. It’s disappointing that on vacation things like this happen.

The hotel is conveniently located not too far from the airport. Just £20 taxi fare from airport. Bus stop is right at the door of the hotel. Lots of buses going in either direction. Ealing Broadway Station is just 20 minutes walk or a few minutes bus ride. I preferred to walk along this busy shopping street . I enjoyed the hot buffet breakfast especially the fresh baked croissants. I will be going back here on my next trip to London and I’d recommend it to anyone.

Room was lovely and clean, all seemed new. Breakfast was good, everything we needed. Located conveniently for bus stops right outside hotel. We visited Kew Gardens and transport was straightforward 30 mins on bus. Good value hotel we would use again and recommend

Oh Dear !
Very cold reception upon arrival. Although i’d paid in advance there was an obsession with collecting a £50 deposit rather than a welcome. Then one of our rooms was changed. I agreed to this and was then told we could have a complimentary drink at the bar. Upon reaching the bar I was asked to pay. When I questioned this I was told only one drink was complimentary. That was the limit of my patience. Staff didn’t understand what a larger and lime was. Had to settle for just larger. Needless to say will never return.

I regret to inform you that we do take a £50 deposit upon check in for bar orders on the room and any accidentals that may occur during the stay. This is due to the booking Chanel's terms and condition as with Expedia we do not hold your card details as a guarantee on the room. Our bar is a low cost in house bar that is meant to be for an easy night in drinks and food as there are many pubs around with anything you may need as we don't stock lime/lemons as per out bar menu. Again I do apologies that our colleague may have not known you have a complimentary drink order unless a voucher was presented or in case of no voucher the shift manager may take the order. We can only make our services more efficient by such feedback and we really do take a note of such as it is very important for us! Thank you Kind regads
