A really nice building, room, and location. Having a 2 bedroom apartment to stay in vs a hotel room was amazing (Wife and 2 boys + me). Area is very nice, walkable with several places to eat including a very good pub right across the street that had very good food. No elevator and we were on the top floor, so I got a good workout too.

We loved that it was walking distance to Fenway and restaurants but didn’t realize we could not park a truck there and parking in Boston was very hard to find and expensive. But it was very clean and cute for a one night stay and had everything in it.

Great brownstone near Kenmore. Easy walk to Fenway. Surrounded by the subway and bus stops including different lines. Easy 10 min walk to star market (grocery stores). Had 2 bedrooms which was great for kids. Camping stove that worked great. Easy to uber or t to downtown Boston. About 15 min uber to north end. Very new and high end amenities

Fantastic property. From booking there was an issue with Hotels.com double booking the apartment but Peter the host was straight on to sort it for us. Made sure everything was accommodated, constant clear communication and what a place! Super clean, spacious, amazing location with plenty public transport around and of course Fenway park 2 minutes walk! Super glad we booked, great price for what we had and will definitely be back anytime we are in Boston. Thanks Peter!

We stayed here for a concert at Fenway, and the location couldn't have been better—just a 5-minute walk to the ballpark! The property is in a beautiful, clean, safe, and very walkable part of Boston. Once we arrived, we didn't use our car again until we left the next day. The property offers two on-site parking spaces that can be reserved (based on availability) for a very reasonable fee, which was a nice bonus. Our suite was newly remodeled, spotless, and stocked with everything we needed, including a dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, air fryer, and a cappuccino machine complete with all the fixings. Communication with the property was excellent from start to finish. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely stay here again!

Overcharged without any notifications. After moving out days later found out that I was charged other amount than was told by the booking time. Try to avoid this to save time trying to clarify and get your money back.

The apartment was very clean, in a great location, and the main bed was comfortable, but unfortunately it was not suitable for four people. The space was extremely tight, and the guests sleeping on the pullout couch had to deal with a bright red exit sign that stayed illuminated all night, making it feel like they were sleeping under a giant glowing sun. The shower pressure was also very low. Communication with the host was difficult because messages were sent through a third-party app that we were not receiving, even though the host believed we were. We nearly missed getting the access code, and the communication issue also caused us to lose the opportunity to park at the building, where only two spaces were available for ten units. Better communication could have prevented much of this frustration. Overall, this could be a good option for two people, but I would not recommend it for a group of four.

4/5 stars. Would stay again. Pros: - GREAT location; easy walk to Fenway. - Beautiful building w/ nice modern clean interior. Cons: - Ownership utilizes a 3rd-party mgmt platform; this made me nervous, as I've had poor experiences in the past with a property listed on Hotels.com but using a 3rd-party platform for signatures and payments. During the aforementioned poor experience, Hotels.com reps initially told me that this was not allowed, and that I should make no payments off Hotels.com. However, after further 3-way discussion, they said that there is a list of approved 3rd-party platforms. So I fault Hotels.com for the confusion moreso than the property for using it, though I wish it was all just handled here. - "Parking conveniently available" means paid parking is available on advance request/additional payment. Luckily, I realized this prior to arriving and was able to order it. The available parking is only 2 total spaces for however many units, and it was not clearly communicated where the spaces were; they are behind the building, so flop around either way from Beacon to access. The spaces are very tight; with anything bigger than two compact vehicles, you'll be brushing against rows of dirty trash cans and the cars, with both live and dead rats around you. But I suppose this is to be expected in inner-city. - "Virtual" front desk means your code won't work until checkin time on the dot. When we happened to arrive 11 mins early, had to call for early access.

This suite was excellent. It was clean, well laid out and located by restaurants, public transportation and Fenway Park. Any questions we had including public transportation questions were answered quickly. The response by Peter and the team was the best I have ever received. The only negative is you have to climb stairs to get to suite 10. I highly recommend this place as you will not be disappointed. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
