Nice Hotel
No WiFi in rooms and only possibility to connect WiFi from reception. However very great and friendly staff. Hotel is in very good location for public transport. Ventilation is poor in rooms and WiFi connectivity needs to be improved by Hotel Management .

Schöne Zimmer in etwas öder Lage
+ Schöne Zimmer
+ Schönes Restaurant
+ Sehr nette Bedienung
+ Zentrale Lage auf der Insel
+ Beste Restaurants in Umgebung (speziell Casa Marcos!)

Caratteristico rustico in zona tranquilla
Overall we had a lovely stay. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We had a few issues with our villa such as dishwasher didn't work,it was serviced which caused a minor flood and had to be replaced, no hot water one day and a new boiler had to be fitted. Card reader at hotel not working all week for payment. Full kitchen in the villa but limited cooking equipment to actually make a meal. Despite all these little niggles the staff promptly sorted out problems when they were reported. So overall would recommend it.

Stayed in one of the hotels villas. Had a great relaxing week. Well positioned to visit all areas of the island. Our first visit to Fuertoventura and will certainly return to this hotel again. The villa was cleaned daily. Pool/beach towels were available for a deposit of 10 euros each - so no need to pack any! Small supermarket within walking distance.

good
very good. away from but very close to the busy areas.

Edge of village
Situated on the edge of the Village this hotel is comfortable, quiet and clean. Staff always friendly and ready to help. Food very good. Wide choice of breakfast and good menu for evening meal. Comfortable bar to relax over a drink with wifi.
This hotel has villas, as well as, rooms. The villas are very spacious and private, not overlooked. Car park within the grounds of the villa, useful for loading/unloading car.
If staying a few days and want a change, it is good to know that there is another restaurant within walking distance.

Great hotel in old house off the beaten track
Our room was enormous and actually consisted of a lounge and separate interlinked bedroom. The hotel also houses a restaurant which served some of the best food we ate on the island and excellent in its own right. Staff were very friendly and our week's stay was great value. Only criticisms is that the rooms are a bit dark due to lack of appropriate lighting. Oh and don't forget insect repellant as the mosquitos come out to play at night. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Wanted Spanish hotel, not a tourist trap.
Holidaying as a couple, we wanted a smaller hotel in Fuertaventura and not one of the massive holiday complex hotels on the resorts.
I knew it would be good from the photos on the website and previous reviews and we were more than happy with choice. Much more!
We got a lovely surprise with i would say a more 5 star room than you would find in the big hotels, spacious, high ceilings, peaceful, individual, and a spa bath! (sadly too windy that week to use the hotels pool or sun loungers.)
It was a calm and peaceful stay and the hotel staff were really lovely; friendly and welcoming giving a very personal feel to the stay (oh... and lots of fun spanish lessons! Thank you Carla!)
Breakfast buffet was perfect and the evening restaurant meals were great, again with unfussy friendly serving.
The owner made us a special dinner one night too and the restaurant was popular with locals too..always a good sign.
We went on to the south of the island after this stay..Completely different and a hotel/culture shock almost.. staying in one of the mega cattle-market hotels on the beach.... admittedly it was nice in its different way and got some sunbathing in plus we wanted to see the south too, but in retrospect maybe we should have stayed at The Casa Vieja all week!
if we come back to Fuerta one day we will certainly be going back there!
