Bij de ontvangst werd gemeld dat beide (italiaanse) restaurants dicht waren de hele week! Er was een (simpel) buffet om 21.30u!!!(gedubbel checked) Geadviseerd werd 30 minuten door de bergen te rijden naar Pont de Lima!?, immers het resort is hier niet gevestigd, voor restaurants! Mijn mail naar de directie bleef onbeantwoord. De volgende dag wilde ik 200e retour (2 p)voor de komende nacht, erg veel geld voor een family (veel kinderen)hotel met standaard, geen superior, kamers (met douche) Daar nu het Italiaanse restaurant wel open ging, zijn we maar gebleven, helaas blijkt het een pizzeria te zijn. We waren ook verkeerd geïnformeerd over de aanvangstijd van het buffet, blijkt 19.30u te zijn. Kortom weinig luxe in het algemeen voor oudere stellen als uitvalplaats in de regio en zeker niet voor deze prijs. Het hotel is schoon en mooi, voor Portugal is 100e per nacht de max.

Nytt hotell med vacker miljö. Många i personalen var oerfarna men gjorde ett bra intryck. Bra frukost men man var tvungen att boka tid trots att vi var själva i över en timma. Innomhuspoolen var det krav på badmössa och det kostade extra. Middagen var en katastrof. Efter 1 timma och 20 minuter kom servitören och meddelade att en rätt inte fanns så vi var tvungna att byta. Det tog 2 timmar innan vi fick maten utan ursäkt. Till saken hör att vi var nästan själva på restaurangen.
