Booked 5 nights for a business trip. The room was so badly isolated, the road noise barely allowed any sleep. After one night, I preferred to book another hotel and pay two rooms for four nights than stay another night in this place. The nice guy at the reception promised a feedback and follow up email. Never heard anything from them, even after sending them a message on the hotels.com app myself. Rather pay a bit more for a decent hotel than book this and pay twice.
Amazing location, great staff and beautiful view from the room. Everything was clean and the room was practical. Just one thing to know is that the hotel staff finishes early in the day, so you will need another plan in case you are thinking of leaving luggages with them after check out!
Reception was lovely, a really nice guy was there..full of smiles and so friendly. He offered information on restaurants and local attractions. The room was very clean and I slept very well on the comfortable bed. Shower room was compact but workable..had everything needed. The cleaning staff were lovely, so friendly and polite. And the reception lady, on leaving, was lovely and friendly. Thank you to all staff.
Property is only a short walk from the train station and in a good location with views over the river. The room was a good size but the en suite was on the small side. It was comfortable and the staff were friendly
Friendly responsive staff - attempted to promptly fix issue re shower being faulty and very helpful / welcoming in general. Very handy for city and station - a few mins walk from all central attractions. Fantastic views over river if you have front facing rooms. Rooms a little basic and small - but clean well kept. Only major issue - faulty and dangerous shower - but staff tried to fix. Otherwise great location / tad expensive for facilities but Geneva is an expensive city
I must say the only GREAT drawback was the parking. There was no way we could even park in front of the hotel to download our luggage or pick it up. We had to park about 15 minutes away in a parking garage which cost about 40 Euro for 24 hours. The first day the hotel gave us a card which gave us about 10 euro discount but the other days we had to pay full price. So if you travel by car this is really a huge problem. The hotel is very old but decently done inside. The staff were very friendly.
Ok value for money. Ok location. Lacking in charm, and looks worn and in some need of maintenance. Breakfast was spartan. Staff helpful and nice, in fact the staff pulled the entire experience up at least a notch on the scale.
The great location on the Rhone near Bel Air and the train station, proximity to airport, large closet, refridegerator in room and extra radiator, price and friendly staff. Breakfast was fine, but there was no fruit - just one tasteless bowl of canned fruit. The shower and sink area needed shelves and a towel rack. No place to put soap, toiletries or towels. Two nights, very quiet. But when you have a noisy neighbour, or someone with a cough, you realise there is no soundproofing.
Staff was friendly, room was nice, bed was comfy. Washroom is alittle smaller than expected but that’s usually no surprise for a hotel in Paris.
Good location within 10 minute walk to/from the train station. Close to all major attractions within walking distance. Room is old and dated, small/tight bathroom. Breakfast is okay but dining area is also small.
