Nice little hotel with a short walk/bus ride/drive over to Epic. Bus did take forever getting to us going back to hotel. Our room was ready very early however we were at the park anyway. The room was very warm when we got there and the mini fridge was broken but didn’t realize it til about midnight. Maintenance came about 15 minutes later after we called the front desk. The bar was nice with interesting drinks. Didn’t have a chance to swim but the pool and hot tub looked nice also. Very friendly employees. Hot shower and nice view of the park! Bed was on the harder side but we were so tired anyway it didn’t really matter lol. Overall a great little stay!

The hotel was great well located for the parks very clean and fresh. The pool bar had a dirty drinks machine that had wasps swarming it one day but was cleaned. On our floor the water dispenser was cleaned regularly and also made dirty by guests regularly. Staff were amazing can't complain about anything we had a great stay. Epic Universe was very special.
