The Residence Rajtaevee Hotel

We book online stated one kid of 6 yr old. And hotel.com state is free breakfast for all. But on the spot tell me breakfast half price for kid of 6 year old. And they check for the paper slipper given. As one go under the bed. They hold me on until they find that out. Finally there is construction now, it is not possible to walk to paragon. They should have stated that when booking or provide a free shuttle. The location is bad due to the construction.

good location, 10min walk from Platinum Fashion mall and to Siam n Ratchathuwi BTS stations. need to know where to turn into the alley that leads to this hotel. Else location is excellent. breakfast spread was good. room is not fantastic, but reasonable for town area and this rate. security within hotel is good, room card is needed to access the lift. Wifi is good too.

Location is very strategic ! Walking distance to all major shopping malls, Pratunam Night Market, BTS Ratchatewi and halal restaurant.

1) Poor location. 2) Request for 1 extra access card, need 300 bhat. 3) Charging drinking water without informing price. 4) My sister & I stay for 4D3N. First night we request for mineral water, the receptionist said need to pay money. Then we bought it ourselves from 7-11. Second night we request for mineral water with another receptionist, we has been told that, we can contact the operator when our water are finished & he will send it to us. But then, we didn’t make any calls & request for it. Because we bought it ourselves again. Third day when we back to hotel after room cleaning in the evening. We saw the water has been refilled, then we just drink it without further doubts. Last day when we checked out in the 7:00am morning, the staff said we need to pay 120 bhat for extra drinking water. 5) When I request for receipt, he said no receipt will be given. 6) Conclusion, not satisfied with the hotel services. I won’t recommend it to me friend.

Good hotel location! Short walk to Platinum Mall. The restaurant below has decent food. Reception always manages to get metered taxis for us. Room was spacious with a table for dining. Toilet amenities were very basic. Recommend to bring your own toiletries. Hotel also was not willing to provide an extra towel for my infant. Cleanliness can be improved, there were a few baby cockroaches in the room. Overall an enjoyable stay.
