Hotel Weisses Kreuz

I am a pretty tolerable person, but the chemically smelling room and poor shower was almost too much to handle. Furthermore, the girl at the front desk was unfriendly, just handing over the keys to us without saying anything and getting irritated when we were waiting for more info. Lastly, nobody mentioned that we were supposed to have a free breakfast, besides when charging us at check out.

Very well located, an easy walk from the West Interlaken train station. Rooms are a bit small, especially the bathroom, but comfortable with sufficient amenities. Staff was very helpful.

Great location (and very quiet hotel) even staying in the centre of town you don’t hear anything. Very clean and great attention to detail! Highly recommended 10/10

Great location, and friendly staff. However, the hotel is tired and badly in need of a renovation. The bath had half a shower screen, so the floor got wet through when showering. Also, the walls are paper thin and you can hear people in adjacent rooms walking around, opening doors etc.
