Best Western Buckingham Palace Rd

Gutes Hotel in verkehrsgünstiger Lage. Nachts bei geöffnetem Fenster teilweise sehr laut. Zimmer sind sehr unterschiedlich in der Größe. Teilweise liegen Zimmer im Untergeschoss.

The reception staff could not have been more helpful. My room was small but very clean and had everything I needed. The only problem was that I could hear the underground trains, but I suppose that it inevitable so close to Victoria Railway Station.

The receptionist was extremely kind and saw that I was sick and had lost my voice and so prepared tea for me and offered honey to add to it and made sure I was okay!

Overall is fine, room is clean , staff is nice. However, I want to say something about the breakfast. I have lived in best western hotels many times in Sweden, normally the breakfast is really nice. However, breakfast of the best western hotel in London is not good. No warm dish at all, except boiled eggs. There are breads, but only have butter to apply on, no ham, cheese or vegetables. They do have oat in small packages, but no milk😂, so someone had to eat oat with hot chocolate drinks from coffe machine.

It was fine clean and everything worked.
