The resort was nice, great staff there to help in anyway they can. A lot of complaints on the food, my group thought the food was pretty good. Yea you'll find some things you don't like but that is anywhere.. Overall no complaints on the food. Yes they could update a little more so it's kind of getting old but they kept everything clean.

Over our expectations ! We got an upgraded for a room with bathtub and partial ocean view. Staff everywhere was super friendly (tip then they deserve it!) , we always got a place at the restaurants, beach was clean and bowling was super fun! We’ll def come back soon!
A good no-frills all inclusive resort. The resort has a nice beachfront with palm thatched umbrellas and loungers. The property has four pools and nine restaurants. The resort has a ping pong table, tennis courts and a bowling alley. Basically all amenities you would want in an all inclusive resort. The only thing missing is quality and customer service. During check in all guests get an up-sell pitch, and if you don’t buy what they are selling they hound you the entire stay. The come up to you at the pool, restaurants, at the bar, on the beach to try to offer upgrades. They do not stop. All restaurants have an hour wait outside, even if you purchased the “privilege” upgrade you still have to wait in line. We stayed 5 nights, and 3 of them waited in line for 1 hour. There is a real chance you go to bad hungry. The food is cafeteria quality. I would not come back.
We had the most wonderful time at this beautiful resort. Very friendly and accommodating staff, plenty of things to do, variety of entertainment during the day and evening. An abundance of food and drinks, served by the pools or the beach, most courteous staff ever. We definitely recommend it.
Someone forgot to tell this hotel what the meaning of “All Inclusive” is. Because they have no clue. Charges for “some” food. Charges for “some” alcohol. Diner consists of 2 restaurants open of the 5 advertised and waiting list of an hour to eat. Nowhere else to get food so don’t expect to eat when hungry. The place is a joke. Running on shoe strings.

Overall a great experience and atmosphere! Food was to be expected and the drinks were always flowing. I would certainly book here again. The staff was top notch!!
The resort is beautiful and people are very kind and pleasant; very calm and prepared for the hurricane which eased our concerns. Disappointed there was no bar service at the beach, limited shaded seating on the beach, not very many bars and very hard to get service at the pools. Food was generally not great and was hard to get into most of the restaurants for dinner.
We were only able to get pool towels 1 day as they were always out. Bedroom towels were not replaced unless we asked. Service at breakfast sucked! You have to wait for them to serve you due to COVID which is fine but many of them are standing around talking while there is a line of people waiting for food. One night we ate at one of the restaurants and my mother in law had a rock in her rice and beans and my husband had plastic wrap in his calamari. They only restocked bedroom fridge 1 time during our stay. We asked to speak with a manager and he asked us to tell him the problems, when we asked to speak to manager he sent us over to front desk where we spoke with David who claimed to be a manager but he was not. He asked us to write down issues so he could take it higher up. We were not offered a partial refund or anything to make it right! Overall the resort has gone down hill since we were here last. They wanted us to look at the timeshare presentation who in the right mind thinks we would even consider it with all the horrible service we received!!! Poolside service was not great either the one lady had an attitude and looked like she hated her job. The other guy barely wanted to work and when we asked for something he just ignored and walked away. You would think due to business being down due to COVID that they would be even more on top of things such as quality and service to stay afloat!
