The computer systems were down on a busy spring break week...not their fault but made for an inconvenience especially when traveling with a child and pet.

We booked online and were supposed to check in at 4 p.m. We got there around 3:30 and the front desk said they would call us when our room was ready. At 4:30, we checked in with the front desk again and then we were told that it would probably be at least another hour. We told them that we needed somewhere to get ready for our evening concert, so they gave us a pool key to get ready in the pool bathrooms. We had to drag all of our luggage with us the whole time we were there. We went to our concert and didn’t get a call about our room until 8:30. We asked if we could just cancel our room since it took so long, and they offered to give us 50% off, which we accepted. The room itself was spotless and very comfortable. We understand that it was a busy weekend, but it doesn’t seem unreasonable to be able for management to plan ahead in preparation for a lot of guests to be able to accommodate check in time. There were other multiple parties waiting as well. Granted, we may have gotten the last room available, but the way we were handled will give us pause before we would book here again.

Spring Break Trip
Our stay was ok. We stayed during Spring Break. Due to their shortage in staff and them not being prepared for a large number of visitors for Spring Break, we had to wait 3 hrs and 30 minutes for our room to be cleaned and ready. After finally getting in our room, we didn’t have enough toiletries and towels. When we asked for more toilet tissue they brought us Kleenex. Our floors were not cleaned. The glasses and ice bucket on the tray were dirty. Because of COVID-19 precautions they were not cleaning rooms daily and only changed our towels and emptied trash if we left it in the hallway and called to request more towels. The parking for Valet is $50 per day or $15 per day for self parking but because of the inconvenience on the first night they didn’t charge us for parking. Overall the upside to staying was the proximity of the hotel to stores at the Landing being in walking distance. If other hotels or condos would have had availability we probably would have cancelled our reservation and booked somewhere else. The staff was very friendly, but we wish the room would have been cleaned better.

Nice, convenient location
The hotel lobby and restaurant were very nice. The rooms were ok. Had to ask room service for some
hand towels because there weren’t any in the room. We also had humidity issues in our room.
It’s across the street from Branson Landing, which was very convenient. The midnight train rolling through was not. Very noisy, woke us up.
Nice place, but not worth the price we paid.

Hotel was walking distance from multiple restaurants and shopping areas and Pool and hot tub were good. Staff was courteous which was nice.

The only issue I had was with the front desk staff. I checked in about 3pm on Friday and they said the room was not ready, they took my number and told me they would call when ready. They never called, never went over my stay price etc. When I came back I was handed the keys no other info provided. The room did not have any info in the room at all. I thought I reversed the room for 3/12 & 3/13. I got a call from the Hilton and was asked if I have vacated the room. I said no, I reserved it for another night. They said they would call Expedia and would call me back. Again, no phone call and by then I realized I must have made a mistake before my itiinerary was for one night. I went back and the front desk associate was very rude treated me like I was trying to get away with something. They said expedia refused to extend your stay so you need to get your belonging out of the room and leave. I asked if my key would work and they said no, I had to ask them to give me a key to get in the room. I also witnessed another clerk being very rude to an older man trying to check in.
The hotel is beautiful, but was very disappointed with the customer service at this hotel.
