City Express Tampico

I don’t recommend it. I liked them being cautious about the pandemic, giving you sanitizer, taking temperature. But restroom was not throughly clean. There were hairs on the sink, the toilet was smelly. We didn’t ask for another room because our baby had fallen asleep already and we were tired. Unable to have a good night sleep because the A/C system was super loud. And the worst thing were the roaches in our room the next morning. Breakfast was not as good as some people commented. I let the receptionist know when I checked out, but I feel I should have spoken to the supervisor. Will not come back to this hotel, and will not recommend it.

Great location very comfortable. Great restaurants in the shopping area and across the street

Was a good clean room. Service was good. Bed was fair.

Everything was good, friendly staff, but the only negative thing I will say is that they don’t have that many parking spaces

The hotel is okay but the staff is not, the person checking us in was very rude, the chamber maid staff keep leaving one towel when they knew there were two of us, the pool wasn’t working and there was a leak in the lobby, won’t be staying there again

Just stayed for a late night on the town. For the price it was really nice, clean, and comfortable.
