Staff was great very respectful the guest was disrespectful they had 10 parties over 100 people put out and my room wasn’t clean properly

Right away they could not supply us with an extra pillow and a blanket 30 facilities downtown Baltimore near the harbor breakfast the choice was bagel cream cheese fruit and cereal no coffee no one to find Expedia really need to make sure you check these recommendations

My husband and I checked in last Oct 2nd, which was my birthday. We checkin in the afternoon and was very tired. We just came from the National Aquarium. We have settled ourselves, unpacked, ordered food from Door Dash, and got ready to rest on the bed. When I grabbed the phone to inform the FDR about the incoming food delivery, there it is. Huge cockroach on the wall!!!!! My husband and I immediately took pictures. Packed our bags and went down to the FDR to request for a new room. I showed the FDR the picture and she asked me if I want to check out. I asked for a new room. She upgraded our room to one bedroom suite, gave us a discount. Service is okay, I know it was not the FDR’s fault but a roach in the our room? That is unacceptable!!

When I got to the hotel they told me that there was two booking in the system for me. When I paid full on hotel.com. So the gentleman that check me told me to come back downstairs Saturday to let the staff know. So the young lady told me not to worry about it she would take care of it. Other then that I will not be booking with hotel.com no more. They mess up my reservation. Now I have to contact the hotel to make sure they do not charge me for yesterday or today .

The property was absolutely fabulous. It had all the amenities of home in a spacious apartment-like feel. It was the ideal location, just two blocks from the harbor and 4 blocks from Power Plant Live (bars, restaurants, etc.). I can't wait to book my next trip. Only problem with my particular room was a slow drain. Not that big of a deal. I got over it.

Our stay was great! The room was huge and beds were very comfortable. The service was fantastic and overall it was a great stay. We will definitely book this hotel again!

This hotel is nice. Walking distance to the harbor. There’s a $40 hold upon check in and valet parking is $35 a day. There are parking garages around that are a little cheaper than valet. The only issue I had was trying to get fresh towels for our second night. They didn’t have any clean wash cloths at the time. Great stay overall.

The staff was very professional and check in was done very quickly. I found the room very neat and clean and the cabinets were stocked with dishes, silverware, glasses and a coffee maker. I would stay here again.
