both of my rooms werent really clean. it seems they have let this hotel go down hill. shame because ive been staying here for years
My room had stains on walls and floor, bed spread had dried blood on them and there was semen on the headboard. Gross.
They make make you put a $100 deposit right when you check in. The staff was extremely rude, and my entire time I was there I felt like someone was watching me and my wife the entire time making us extremely uncomfortable
I give the stay a 4/10 the front desk was rude. They charged 100 that nobody knew about the room wasn’t clean the bathroom was nasty. Burn holes in the bed
Checked in late and didn’t find out about heat thermostat on switch until checkout. It was 26 degrees but I still had enough bedding to keep warm all night.
Everything was great. Very clean and great customer service. Love the improvements.❤️
Comfortable
I’ve been a Hotels.com member for a few years now and have stayed in multiple hotels around the tri-state area and have NEVER been so disappointed in a stay as this one. I have never left a review before but this was a MUST. Let me begin with the fact that I got to the hotel Thrusday afternoon and stayed until Sunday morning, not ONCE did I see anyone wearing a mask. Not the people walking in and out of the hotel nor the staff!! There were no visible signs stating that a mask had to be worn to enter the main building or any of the facilities! You would think that in the middle of a pandemic, that would be something of concern. They refused to give me a “Do Not Disturb” sign for my room as I did not want any of the cleaning staff in my room due to the fact that no one with in that staff wore a mask let alone gloves. Absolutely ridiculous! All throughout the building you see “smoke-free” facility but upon entering my very musty and non ventilated room, the stench of cigarette smoke in the room was beyond overwhelming. I felt like I was inside of a cigarette box! The room didn’t have enough towels for a family of four (which btw is stated when you book the room) I stayed in a room for 4 days with no microwave, no mini fridge, no anything. And when I asked to be switched to another room, I was told I would be charged extra!! And lastly, please don’t stay at this hotel unless you want your kids running around the room like crazy because there’s roaches crawling on there things!
A clean, comfortable room—a little small but for the price, quite sufficient. No morning accommodation. Would’ve appreciated at least a pot of coffee.
We saw two roaches in the room, one was in the informational book on the desk, my 12 yr old daughter opened it and a roach ran out, another was under the covers on the bed. Unfortunately it was too late in the evening to cancel without being charged, i did cancel my 2nd night and paid a little more to stay somewhere else.
