MainStay Suites Orlando Altamonte Springs

Extremely satisfied! Rooms were spacious, clean and modernized. Nice retro fit on the hotel. Conveniently located near enough to the Sanford airport (30 min) and close to gas and Wafflehouse (across the street). No breakfast due to Covid.

THIS WAS THE WORST STAY EVER ESPECIALLY WHEN YOUR HOMELESS I SMOKED ONE TIME IN THE ROOM CAUGHT ME I PAID MY FEE THEN NEXT DAY AFTER I LEAVE MY ROOM AT 12PM CAME BACK AT 7PM TO MY KEYS NOT WORKING FOR ROOM TALKED TO FRONT DESK SAID O MY MANAGER SAID YOU HAVE TO LEAVE NOW CAUSE THERE WAS COMPLAINT THAT PEOPLE BELOW SMELLED SMOKE........ IMPOSSIBLE HAVENT BEEN IN THE ROOM FOR 7 HOURS SHOWS ME A PICTURE OF ASH TRAY WITH WATER IN THAT I WAS THROWING AWAY WHEN I CAME BACK DIDNT GIVE ME A NOTICE THEY INVADED MY PRIVACY!!! KICKED ME OUT ON SPOT... JUST TO LET YA KNOW YOU HAVE NO PRIVACY EVEN IF YOU PAY FOR YOUR ROOM SO BECAREFUL WITH YOUR STUFF!!

No breakfast...it was advertised on their website that there would be breakfast

The rooms were ok..but the bathrooms needed updating and better cleaning, theyadvertised free breakfast..and only had coffee anda few packs of oatmeal....and no one there when you had a question.....

Great place to stay. Good service, comfortable beds and clean rooms. You most likely need a vehicle to get to the local mall and eateries but they are less than a five minute drive away. My one big complaint however because of covid restrictions is the sad elemination of a hot breakfast or even a cold breakfast. Only 24 hour coffee is provided. In the past I would go out of my way to stay at this hotel just because of the great breakfast they would cook in the morning. Even bacon or sausage was offered. It was great leaving my room in the morning and smelling the bacon being cooked as I walked down the hallway to the serving area. Sadly, I miss this experience at this great hotel. One hotel I stayed at recently in the area provided a complete hot breakfast which included scrambled eggs and canadian bacon with bagel served in a paper bag after you give your room number. It was great. So this shows it can be done in a safe manner. I just hope they're great breakfast of the past returns. I miss it.

The hotel was very structured... its not your typical hotel entry. I was surprised, but it was bad. I am just use to a more open space. Honestly I liked the room with a full size fridge and microwave. There was also a small stove. The bed could have been a little better... but for just a couple of nights it was fine. Location is GREAT! Lots of amenities!

Room was disgusting had clearly not been clean. Dirty sheets and hair in bathroom

The facility was clean and safe - a little dated, but ample for my purposes. Enjoyed the location near Cranes Roost Park.

Very good price for room that was comfortable and the guys at the front desk were super nice

The room was ok in size, and nice fridge, micro. Etc--but the bed was not too comfortable--the so-called breakfast was shameful
