We arrived at 12.10 am, middle in the night. The room cards would have been prepared very well but the front desk was some how highly overwelmed. We had two families in front of us and waited 50 Minutes to have our check in completed! The front desk was not at all listening to the customers, for example did one family multiple time explain they booked two rooms rather then one, after 25 minutes strictly trying to explain they have booked a second room, finally he listend and apologised, since as explained, the room and keycard was already prepared for them... we had another bad front desk experience one day later. One of the front desk ladies recommended us to book the italien restaurant for the night. She somehow though was not able to do the booking process her self and she told us to do it with the other receptionist next to her. After waiting another 10 minutes until she was free, there were actually no available spots in the restaurant...
The hotel infrastructure is very nice! But servicewise, and front desk skills, we expected more from a 5 star hotel...
