Very good bar and restaurant with small garden

Trendy hotel, with basic decoration, located in the city center uptown. Ask for the rooms at the back since these are more quiet.

An innovative hotel design, making the most of the layout of a traditional Brussels bourgeois residence. It's just off the Avenue Louise, one of the city's upmarket shopping areas, and just over a mile's walk to the European institutions. One gripe is about the ventilation. With the window only able to open a few centimeters and the temperature at 30 degrees, it was a clammy stay. The wi-fi was a bit temperamental.

Wifi on that side of the hotel was not good, which has been our previous experience at the hotel over the last 4-5 visits. As always, the staff are top notch, which always makes for a nice stay.

Greta it'll boutique hotel by the luxury shopping side of Avenue Louise - walking distance to most central locations. Quiet and peaceful, our room on the fourth floor only had a noisy elevator as a moment of tension during our stay (we are told it has been checked so all ok!). Ask for rooms facing courtyard side and during summer, best to avoid the fifth floor as no air conditioning and it will get hot ! Parking is on the street so make sure you check T&Cs on parking meters. Other than that, a more than perfectly good place to stay !
