Park Grand London Kensington

Excellent modern facilities and very friendly and capable staff.

Stayed for 1 night with my husband on shopping/ night out trip. Booked a deluxe double room and was told on arrival we’d been upgraded. I was disappointed with the general condition of the room for a 4* hotel. Most Premier Inns I’ve stayed in felt more luxurious. Carpets and furnishings in need of replacement, shower floor tiles stained, useless shower. Bed was very comfortable. Location was ok, 3 minutes walk to Earls Court tube. On a positive note, reception were very friendly!

Hotel location is very convenient , it is few meters away from Earls Court underground station as well as bus station . The Hotel is very close to a variety of good Resturants that suits all tastes , branded food stores and some ethnic food stores. The staff are very friendly , doing their best to keep you comfortable and make you feel like home , rooms are relatively big and very clean , the breakfast buffet is very good . I like to stay in park Grand London kinsengton when ever I am in London

Room was so tiny and claustrophobic. Very hard to move around in. Bed was extremely hard. Furniture needs updating.

Don't be mislead - I booked an upgraded room which was listed as a Deluxe Double with city views. On arrival I was placed in the basement with only a small high level window. Upon moving rooms i was plaved in a smaller room on top floor with a window but learned that there are no city view rooms at this hotel. The rooms are compact but nicely furnished - only really suitable for 1 person or two people travelling light. Sockets had to accessed underneath the bedside cabinets which was odd and would be a struggle for people less agile. Good TV facility and there is a desk for laptop use. The staff are friendly and there is plenty of porter types always willing to help you with luggage etc. It's a nice hotel but they do need to ensure the room types accurately describe what your going to get
