Great hotel. Staff was friendly and courteous. Our room was very clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the Harbor
The room was clean, but the sheets were ripped and torn. There were not enough towels in the bathroom. I purchased breakfast as advertised on the site but when I went down in the morning no breakfast was offered. The control for my television didn't work properly. Disappointed
Beautiful hotel with a great location. Customer service wasnt great. Three different front desk people were just unfriendly. It must be awful management for three different folks to be so miserable. You could tell they hated being there. It's a shame. I felt bad for them.
Very close to everything. Thr room look like a dog chewed on the walls. Bed was uncomfortable, no fridge, broken coffee pot, and seemed dirty.
It was alright, it’s not a place I would stay at again if we had to stay in Inner Harbor Baltimore. Our initial booked room wasn’t “cleaned” and check in was at 4:00pm. My fiance and I waited almost a half hour after 4 waiting for the room “to be cleaned”. Mind you, we called at 1pm letting the hotel know that we had arrived and would liked to be checked in early if possible - if not, to give us an estimated wait time. We called again when the receptionist told us a half hour because it was in the process of cleaning. However, the room was yet untouched for cleaning when we called back for the last time. It was 3:30pm when we called and they told us that. He said he would call me back in 10mins letting me know when the room was ready. No call. We get to the hotel prompty at 4pm and still, the room was in the “process to be cleaned”. The receptionist offered to upgrade to a junior suite for free because we had been waiting for hours and that was nice. We get to the new room, and it didn’t even look like it was touched. The day bed was still dirty. The bed linens had black specs on it of something. No free wifi - had to sign in on a HILTON pass. Our stay was okay, just annoying at all those factors and the fact we were waiting so long made those annoying factors all pronouced.
This was our first weekend away since the virus started. We were excited we had room#304 harbor view. Check in was smooth from a very nice young lady.Upon stepping off the elevator on our floor , I noticed the carpet needed to be vacuumed. So we proceed to our room .I wanted to see the harbor view. What a mess! When you look down below, tables & chairs turned over. The cover/awning that covers our room has holes in it! This is like a shack!!.The carpet in the room was also dirty. But we were tired from the drive down. & just wanted to shower & eat. So after we ate & got in bed we noticed the sheets did not fit the bed.So when we woke up we were on the mattess!!! Sheets were off !! This location was chosen just to try something new. We actually prefer the Phila location at Logan Square. Also the desk & tables were dusty, there was no way this room was cleaned.
Fire alarm went off 6x’s in 2 days. Still advertising free breakfast but due to covid restrictions they are not serving at this time. Asked for 4 set of towels gave us 3, told us they would be back with 4th towel set and never came back. Wasn’t really impressed with the Hotel at all. Staff was friendly though
The location and view was excellent and the bed was comfortable, that's in on the good part. There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room. Only 1 of 2 elevators was working. The towels felt like sandpaper and the balconies were so close that you can literally go over the rail and be on the next balcony. The staff was very nice though.
There's no swimming or hot tube! False advertisements!
Upon entry it was amazing and well secured super clesn lobby everything was going great things then changed when i got to my room. My girlfriend hollered for me saying the cold water for she shower wasnt working and the water was hot enough to scald you. Our room was off like its crazy. There was a light switch that literally controlled nothing our carpeting was up in the corners and walling was loose by our sliding balcony door. To top it off where wqs i suppose to put my dinner......... there w1s no mi i fridge in our room like what hotel doesn't include that. Rinky dink motels have a1 better set up than this. Then we left for a while expecting house keeping to coke give us new sheets that didnt happen and we didnt have the do not disturb tag on our door so they could come do it.
