Clean
This hotel was not a nice one. My room was a nonsmoking room however it reeked with cigarette smell. The bedding was dirty I had to go to the local Walmart and buy a sheet set. The shower was dirty. Outside of my room on the stairs there was throw up or something on all of the stairs for the majority of my stay. Not a great experience and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone else. If I could get my money back I would. The only reason I did not rate it a 1 star is because it has a fridge in the room.
I was out in a room with a broken microwave. I called the front desk to tell them and the manager was rude. They didn’t send someone to switch out the BROKEN MICROWAVE until my second to last day being there. There was a baby roach in my bathroom, so many damn bugs, everything in there was either old, dirty, tore up or all. When I complained to the manager about all the things that was wrong in the room she just told me that no one else complained about whatever I was complaining about. She tried to tell me no one complained about roaches or bugs which is implying that I bought it there. Those people either didn’t notice it or are use to them. I live in a very clean home. Sorry if I’m clean and don’t settle for dirty. I shortened my stay and am going to get some of my money back. Don’t go to this ghetto, dirty, run down, 1950 junkie themed place. The people there lack proper customer service skills and weren’t trying to satisfy the customer. I get it, we’re in the middle of a pandemic so they’re trying to avoid contact but at least have stuff fixed, clean, and working properly to avoid contact with customer if necessary.
The worst my gf walked in room, gave that look and I knew room was clean or sanitary the pots plates etc terrible condition. Room was old and dated Could be a nice lil spot but definitely needs major update
Thebproperty is clean and mostly
Room was super clean & neat, specific rooms for smoking is also a good factor.
The lobby smelled like cigarettes. The room I got was a non smoking room but also smelled like cigarettes. The curtains and bed sheets were completely wrinkled. Stuff was falling apart. Not a nice place to stay. I left to go to a hotel that was actually nice
bad service before check in time . i came 20 mins before 3 just asking if it was ok to check in now . i got told with out even acknowledging me to come back at 3 . there was another lady there that was kinder and helpful when i came back . room looked like it was not cleaned at all . they left 1 pillow there which was odd. table for was dirty on arrival. in the bathroom it looked like one of the cups had been used it was dented and out of the plastic it’s suppose to be in . i usually enjoy the extended i’ve been to many but this one in germantown md is by far the worst one
Room was clean, and beddings spotless. Front desk was attentive and even called in to check in on me later in the night.
