Baymont Inn & Suites Conroe

I was completely satisfied. Friendly staff, clean room simple but good breakfast. Good area, I'm a construction worker and I felt comfortable with my truck in the parking lot at night (loaded with tools and a welder).I will stay here any time my job takes me to Conroe. The hotel was quiet also, that was a big plus, I'm not into the party atmosphere.

Rooms were nice and I got a great rate. Need to either put vending machines as stated or make a small area to shop inside hotel for forgotten items and snacking foods

Was a smoking room, may have accidentally booked it as such. Smelled of smoke, but was clean & comfortable. Cut my foot on part of the bed frame that was sticking out from under the mattress but hidden by the blanket. Staff seemed unconcerned with the injury, but said that maintenance would correct the bed frame problem, when I reported it.

Hotel in extremely horrid condition, took many pictures. Mold every where. Paint pealing off the walls. Evidence of ceiling leaking. Ironing board and iron broken. Toilet wouldn’t flush correctly. Staff was rude, morning staff cursing in back room. Half of items meant to be served not available. Would like to send these photos to show how the stay was. Wasn’t able to sleep. Air conditioner smelled horrible and didn’t function properly. This was my absolute worst experience with a hotel ever! This location needs a major overhaul and a set of employees who actually care about their location as well patrons.

We arrived around 11:30, the guy at the desk looked half awake and was visibly annoyed that we interrupted his hang out time with his friend that was hanging in the lobby. None the less we checked in and they only had smoking king room available. We did not want a smoking room so we requested a non-smoking room, none were available. there was some confusion on our reservation, and it was late we relented, and took the room. We unload our bags and get ready to climb into bed. The bed was lumpy, old and hard. It was not worth the stay, nor the smelly clothes we left in thanks to the room we stayed in. We'll not return to that location.
