Brenda The front desk clerk was fabulous. Very welcoming, hospitable and helpful. I would say she represented the best front desk experience that I have ever had. She deserves a 5 star rating.

This should be two stars instead of three. Breakfast is not good. Items were taken off and not refilled on the weekend and the stuff are saying they are out of them (For example Yogurts) Washing machines on the hotel start running at 6:30 am and continues on throughout the day. They are noisy and wakes us up early.

I do really like these hotels. However, during my stay i had to constantly plunge the toilet to get it to flush properly. Also, the second tv wouldn't work properly. Then we noticed hardly anyone was at the front desk, including during check out time. We actually heard laughing in the back while we were standing there, and then the gentleman eventually came out. All in all, it was a great stay despite those small things.
