Overall, the facility was fine and relatively clean. Unfortunately, there is no hot tub which would have been nice on a frigid day and after a night of dancing at my wedding. The biggest issue was the staff. When I found out that I was not given a discounted rate for our wedding block of rooms, I cancelled it. In doing so, they started telling guests that called to book a room that my wedding was cancelled! This led to several phone calls from guests who were confused and questioning if our wedding had been postponed (again). Then upon check out, I was charged an additional $183.02 despite having paid for my stay in full when I booked through Expedia. So far, nobody that I have spoken to about this extra charge could explain what it was for.
