The hotel itself is very nice, unfortunately the service is in need of significant improvement. At check in, no one could explain to us why we should transfer an additional 150 € from a specific bank card. At check out it then turned out that it was a deposit.
The cleaning of the room is clearly in need of improvement. Once they forgot to put towels in the bathroom for us. When we asked at the reception, they said that someone would bring us towels in 5 minutes. We waited 2.5 hours without success and later in the evening asked another colleague, who finally took care of it. Breakfast was only good when we were at the buffet very early in the morning. As soon as a few hotel guests wanted breakfast at the same time, the staff was overwhelmed.
