I visited Wells Villa on a work trip for one night. On checking out, the receptionist said she could not print a receipt at that time but promised to email to me the same day. Despite several polite follow-ups via email and telephone, one week later I have still not received a receipt. And now, the receptionist is avoiding answering her phone. Very unprofessional.
