Courtyard by Marriott Lake Buena Vista at Vista Centre

Was suppose to be a non smoking room and it wasn’t. Hotel sold out and desk manager said sorry you booked with a third party call them. I was left with no room and had to find a new hotel. Terrible customer service on Marriott.

The customer service on arrival was great....the room was small but ok. Was too expensive for this property.

It was fine, but hotel is under construction.

I decided on a last minute stay in the Disney area and was happy to find this hotel (one of the cheapest in the area for a last minute booking). The property is currently undergoing remodeling and that was not stated when I booked, but there wasn't any construction happening so it wasn't an inconvenience. I was given a balcony room overlooking the new pool area. It will be beautiful once done! The room was nice, but I noticed the wallpaper was curling at the seams on one of the walls. And the closet door was also off track so I didn't used it. The beds were cozy and the room was super dark which is excellent! I could hear my neighbors but not to where it was a bother. Everyone was nice and I was happy I could park my car (there is a parking fee). It's a great location for the price! I will definitely consider staying at this property again.

Staff was very friendly. Especially the parking attendant and Manager. Great price for spring break weekend also. They are doing renovations to the lobby also, it’s going to be a even better place in the future.

We really liked the layout of our suite but there was not enough lighting. We had to keep the blinds cracked to see. But the reason we will never stay here again is the atmosphere outside our room. Groups of people partying in the parking lot until 3am everyday. The grounds were also ran down and full of trash from the late parking lot parties.

Shocked to write a BAD review about a Marriott property but consider yourself warned! My husband purchased stay via Hotels.com. The photo of the hotel was taken at a distance so you can’t tell that it’s an OLD Howard Johnson type hotel with some paint slapped the walls and new carpet. Extensive remodeling of the entry and a pool area is also going on and there should have been a notice about this. A long burgundy colored hair strand greeted me in the towels on the sink area, thin towels, very poor lighting behind the bathroom mirror, horrible looking furnishings, and the area surrounding the hotel is deplorable. The only things that were nice about the room #345 was the new flat screen TV and the Marriott bedding. We were awakened at 9:30 AM by staff opening our door WITHOUT knocking!!!! Complaints were made to the managers Steve and Valencia! By the way, what 4 Star hotel have you stayed in with the old radiator type air units? I wouldn’t stay here again for free!

The property was under construction and I wasn’t aware of that when I checked in. This the main pool and lounge were closed and the entrance was a mess. Also the front desk staff was unable to supply quarters for the laundry facilities and didn’t seem to care that they weren’t.

This is the best hotel I have stayed at in a long time. While it was under construction, the team at Marriott was fantastic. Their enthusiasm really started our trip off strong. We felt special the moment we walked through the door and Ray gave a full spill on why 8s are not great. (As a business person I fully agree). We then were welcomed to an expanded room for the same rate that had separate lounging areas and my name on the TV. Super amazing night and honestly missed the excitement at our other hotels. Definitely a 15 out of 10 for me, Ray!

Great hotel. Will be using again soon in the near future.
