Made the Radisson base camp for a couple of days. Conveniently located near the airport and walking distance to many restaurants. Service was friendly. My room wasn’t ready when I arrived, and the room I was ultimately given was super stale and incomplete. The one small window was frosted (presumably stares at a wall or something ugly), I didn’t have a single lamp in the room just the overhead light by the door in the entry, and the toilet ran 24/7. I didn’t bother to call the front desk, but things were pretty bleak.

Nice hotel but no shuttle
Hotel was good but no shuttle. Had to pay extra for it. Ended up getting my own ride

Great location and value for an upscale hotel. We stayed on 17th floor, then on 3rd floor which was renovated. No hot water at 5am when we needed to shower. Besides, that, we would be happy to stay again.

Good place for one night before traveling home
The Radisson is a nice, cheap hotel fairly close to the airport. It was easy to get to and there are good restaurants/bars closeby if you are trying to go out. We went to the Radisson on our last night in GUatemala after 14 days and it was perfect to kick back and relax.
A few things to keep in mind:
1) The airport shuttle is not free. It's $10 per person. I saw on a website that it was, and it ended up being fairly expensive. A taxi from that location sitting outside was 75 quetzals which is not horrible, but we have gotten taxis from Zona 1 to Zona 10 for 50 quetzals so this was a lot more. I would recommend an uber ($3-4 total)
2) Breakfast is also not free. It looks like it might be when you sit down, but it is not a free buffet.
All in all, if you want great lunches and dinners, and potentially free airport shuttle, maybe evaluate other places as they offer these. Once you add up the extras at the Radisson, it comes to about the same price as the Westin for 2-3 people.

We were treated disrespectfully by the staff when we tried to invite a friend to our suite to share a bottle of wine before going out. We were told, as the security guard shouted at us and held the elevator doors open as if we were committing a crime, that the hotel had a policy that does not permit guests to rooms. No one had mentioned this at check in. And frankly, we booked a larger room so we could have friends come by to our suite. Our room had a king-size bed and a table with four chairs. Who would sit at all those chairs if we are not allowed to have friends in our room. The worst was how we were treated -- as if we were trying to run a brothel from our room or something. I will not stay at a Radisson again.

All staff are very professional, the hotel is around the best places, restaurants, stores, market etc.
I can't wait to visit Guatemala and stay at this hotel.
