Courtyard by Marriott Fort Collins

The location was great and overall a very nice place to stay. Comfortable rooms, friendly staff and pet friendly! Our room (bathroom specifically) wasn’t very clean when we checked in but they were also incredibly busy helping evacuees from the fires so they had a lot going on. I will definitely be back, the overall experience was greats

Quiet, comfortable & clean.

Not enough people working. No food options available as well as no pool or fitness center available. Updated covid rules should have been placed already on the site to show what amenities are available. Rooms had a funny smell and were ungodly hot. Wound up getting a rook elsewhere after changing rooms. The check in girl was amazing and she was the only thing that saved this review from being absolutely horrid.

Great experience. Great location

It was a very nice stay. The only bummer was the ice machine far away on the second floor. The courtyard in the back and the grounds were great for waking my little dog and I appreciated the surroundings. Able to order supper close but and had a restful night. Will defiantly stay here again!

Everything was fine with the stay except the extreme Covid restrictions! It would be nice to know if the pool an jacuzzi are not open before I booked the room!!

Sad, pool closed

Sad. This was our vacation. I was told I must put a mask on. Health reasons make that a severe challenge for me. So I was truly disappointed when I got in the shower and there was o 6 inch long black hair on the wall of my shower. No pool access. No hot tub access. No amenities. Our neighborhood pools are open and our gyms. This is 2 hours away in the same state. Maybe don’t want to pay for help to keep the pool clean? Very sad.

Well, We had a reservation with courtyard hotel and they transferred our room to the residence inn, the hotel we were transferred too, words cannot describe the disappointment for our first family vacation to Colorado. The room had a horrible odor, bugs on the floor, not enough towels, no toilet paper, the shower shampoo, conditioner, and body wash had not been refilled, the fold out mattress in the couch had stains all over it, the night lady working was the absolute most hateful person I have ever came across on the hotel industry, she acted like I was the problem when the people above us were making the most awful noises from 3-5 am, after we had just traveled 11 hours from Oklahoma, she was short and rude, completely unprofessional, feel like we were ripped off from our family vacation, we even had another family traveling with us, got them to also book a room with your hotel, they were transferred as well, their first room the air conditioner did not work, so they got moved to a smaller room, were again the a/c did not work either. Could not believe the service we received from the residence inn.
