Everything was ok, the people, the hotel, so clean, the hospitality very good

All good, staff very helpful , great location, rooms very cleaned

we stayed here for 7 days and Martha keep our room pristine and clean everyday . Employees our all friendly and customer service is exceptional . Food with good quality . Just a recommendation if they will use a good air freshener in each room , so the smell of the bathroom will not overpower the smell of cleanliness of the room and check the air conditioner If functioning properly so it will give the room enough coolness during summer . But otherwise is so close to perfect And definitely will be back .....

A pesar de elegir pagar al llegar me llamaron para indicar que debia pagar antes de las 4 pm de un dia antes o se cancelaba. La regadera filtraba el agua hacia el guardaropa y todo estaba encharcado, la smaletas mojadas. Pedi la camioneta xq el estacionamientos no tiene suficiente lugar y me avisaron que ya estaba y cuando baje con las maletas, hice check out y ME COBRARON ESTACIONAMIENTO $30 X DIA. Y no podia irme ya que las llaves que me daban no eran las mias, yuve que esperar a que las encontraran

The Hotel was very clean and elegant. Great view of the beautiful courtyard. Centrally located in the Historical district. Right across the street from the beautiful Cathedral. I will return again. You won't be disappointed. Within walking distance of everything.
