Worst service and really cold rooms. There was no heater in the room, and the temperatur inside was even colder than outside. When I asked for a heater in the reception, he answered unprofessional and irritated. They didn't had any heater and he didn't even offer me a blanket more. Really bad service. I had to heat up the room with the steam from hot water from the shower and sleep with all my warmest clothes, so be able to get some sleep. They also wanted me to pay in cash instead, when I had book the room with my credit card and wanted to pay with that.
