We got there and checked in, got to our room and we had two queen beds instead of a king bed like we were supposed to have. Went up to the front desk and questioned it, and they told us they wouldn't switch our room because I had a service animal, but I had already informed them that I had a service animal when I made the reservations. The floor was nasty, there was big pieces of carpet that was wore all the way down to the cement. The armchair in the room had white paint splatters all over it, and the rolling chair that goes with the desk was all beat up and wore down not comfortable at all. In the bathroom there was black hair in the sink when we got there, a couple of toothpicks on the floor, and it looked like mold in the bathtub.
The towels in the bathroom were dingy and stained. Television had picture but no sound. I was looking for a place to plug my CPAP machine in when I noticed that there was a hair net tied to the back of the bed rails. There was lots of dust all over in the room like they hadn't wiped anything down in quite a while. The lamp shades had a bunch of cracks and missing pieces on them, and looked like they were from out of the seventies '70s.
