Wir waren nur für eine Nacht und wir haben es sehr genossen , weil es angenehm ablief, das Personal außergewöhnlich zuvorkommend war, das Fitnessstudio sehr ansprechend und Pool für die Kinder traumhaft - wir kommen gerne wieder - wenn das Barrierefreie Zimmer statt Teppichboden einen Parkettboden hätte , dann wäre es perfekt
Very busy hotel. We were traveling with kids 8 & 12, was not impressed with pool area. The pool area was crowded with toddlers running around in diapers, the hot tubs (that said 5 people max), were being used as hot baths for the tots, each one had about 10 tots and 5 adults packed in, bubbles overflowing showed the water was dirty. The lines were so long to get coffee in the morning after 45 minutes of waiting we left. Also fell asleep waiting for room service at night. The one plus was the restaurant, it was very expensive but the dinner and service were nice. Will definitely not be back.
Hotel was very old and in need of some refurbishment. On the site we selected a bay view room -what we ended up with was a balcony facing Interstate 5. At the rate we paid per night we would have expected the room to be clean but had several cheerios left on the floor and random bottle caps. We got stuck in the room next to the elevator and the noise from it going up and down all night made sleep next to impossible. Requested a room move after the first night as were told by the hotel they would need another $35/night to move us to a different room. Parking fee was listed as optional on the site - no option about it so just add $75+ per night to any booking you make. Can definitely say we will never be staying there again as not even the staff was pleasant to deal with. The beach they have on site is a cesspool - littered with empty beer cans and no towels provided for the beach.
Property and room were nice, and being next to Mission Beach was great! But without restaurants or stores within walking distance, Hilton definitely jacked up prices on everything they sell. To make matters worse, they charged a bottle of wine to my room, which was apparently purchased from the gift shop which I never stepped foot into during my week long stay. I spent thousands of dollars for business meetings here, and they try to sneak in false charges to my room. When I talk to management they just told me, "that's strange. We ID everyone and confirm who is staying in that room." Obviously, they didn't check an ID or ask for the last name of the person in the room, or they are just adding false charges to people's account. They didn't seem remorseful at all for the error, and if anything just seemed annoyed at me. Not quality service at all
It was not a good stay as a first time customer at Hilton will not stay again and will not recommend to anyone
