Our stay left a lot to be desired. There do appear to be some charming historic buildings in this complex, but ours was not one of them. It was more like a 80's motel, all concrete with the room opening to an outside walkway. The room was cramped, but had none of the charm of older hotels. Since the only window was facing a walkway, we had to keep the curtains closed, which made the bad LED lighting a real bummer. There was mildew in the tub. The one piece of artwork in the room was faded and appeared to be hung upside down. There were wires dangling from below the TV. Housekeeping left us without soap the first day and never came back to the room the second day, so we had no towels. The breakfast was $15 a person for a selection of items that was so paltry that we had to go eat somewhere else.
On the bright side, the staff were generally nice and helpful, and it's in a location that is convenient to a lot.
