Hilton Head Island Beach & Tennis Resort

Our family really enjoyed our time here. Our space was very clean. We brought our own disinfectant spray for extra precaution. Check in was easy and the staff was very courteous. People were wearing masks in the restaurants and bars. The beach was beautiful. The pool area was well maintained. Other guests were respectful of 6ft but were all very nice. We would stay here again for sure. Very close to good food and shopping at Tanger.

Property was great with a great view of the ocean and beach

The location is great, right on the beach. Also there is a very nice pool and outdoor restaurant.

The property itself is nice with a very nice beach. We felt it was a bit of a bait and switch though as the photos didn't represent the actual room we got so we thought we were on the beach vs. about 1/4 mile walk. There was a view of the ocean from part of the balcony, but not the room. This is not a hotel. No ice machine, room service, etc. and we had an issue with the security gate not letting a food delivery person in without them paying an additional fee. The $25 parking fee was also unexpected. We ended up leaving a day early, mainly due to the weather, but I think we may have stayed the last day if it was a hotel with more services.

The property was very clean and staff were super friendly! The directions for check in were incorrect. We were told to check in at the guard shack but had to turn around and check in at the front desk. The condo was very roomy with a great view of the ocean. It was stocked well with paper products and everything you would ever need to cook and serve. However no basic pantry items (salt, pepper, coffee filters, etc.).

We had a great Labor Day weekend there, super Convenient and nicely updated!

I didn't know when I booked that the rooms are privately owned but managed by the resort. The first room I was in, the bed was HORRIBLE. I talked to the front desk and they immediately offered to move me. I tried to stay another night by using the bunk bed mattress on top of the regular mattress. I still didn't get any sleep so I was given another room. This one wasn't a huge amount better but it was some. I don't think either of the beds were actually queen size and I'm not sure a queen would even fit in the small bedroom. Overall I was pleased with our stay. We opted to use the smaller, less visited pool as it was closer to our 2nd room. Both kitchens were well stocked with dishes, utensils, pots & pans, etc. My granddaughter and I had plenty of towels and the room was mostly clean. I don't usually count baseboards being dirty but if you're paying an extra fee for cleaning, they might want to take a swipe at them. Oh and you do have to remove your own garbage which is a bit annoying. So my one real gripe was the bedding and hopefully the owners will get the picture and at least throw a memory foam on top of the existing mattress. If I visit HHI again, I will probably check on this property first.

I loved everything about this resort! The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly, the grounds very well kept and beautifully landscaped, the pool is huge! Very clean pool water and with awesome staff! The poolside restaurant serves delicious foods and amazing drinks! The beach was just perfect! I will definitely go back with my family!

It was nice. Location was the best. Comfortable but nothing fancy.

The overall is pretty good. Food service is less desirable, the check in and checkout are smooth. The rooms are pretty nice
