Hotel Indigo Mount Pleasant, an IHG Hotel

Das zimmer war schön gross und eher neu. Wir konnten draussen am pool essen, leider gab es fast keinen wein, obwohl die auswahl auf der karte doch reichlich war.

Das Hotel ist sehr modern und schön! Super

The hotel was very nice but very under staffed. The person at front desk was alone and incharge of the desk, the coffee, the garbage cans etc. Too much for one person

Lovely hotel! Especially the pool. The live music outside was nice but a little loud so we waited until after he finished to swim at night (plus he was doing like all 50 cent songs which was an odd choice for a family setting). We really didn’t want to leave, the food was excellent, the drinks were great and everyone was happy. The only thing was the front desk people told us wrong times for restaurant and no one seemed to be on the right page on what time the bar/restaurant was actually open until. It was busy and still in a pandemic so we didn’t sweat it but would have planned better had we known. Get the scallops - amazing!

We had a great stay! The pool area was absolutely beautiful with ample seating, beautiful palm trees, and two heated pools. We loved having coffee and lounging by the pool. My only complaint about the pool area was we didn’t see anyone sanitizing the tables, chairs, cabana seating, etc. for the entire time we were there (4 days). With COVID, you would hope to see frequent sanitizing of areas where people are congregating. Inside, I will say we saw staff cleaning frequently. The front desk staff was very kind, but there were a few moments where communication was a little lacking. The location is perfect, only 5 minutes from downtown Charleston, right over the bridge. Overall we would definitely stay again, mainly for the amazing pool/bar area, very comfy beds, and great location!

Hotel is older, pretty up to date thou. We had two conjoined rooms, one of the rooms keys only worked at the first tome. Luckily we had the conjoined room doors propped open. We had the room rekeyed several times but it would never work. Maids didn’t come the first day and would still be cleaning other rooms at 10:30 at night. Check in was at 4:00, we arrived at 6:30 and was told we would need a different room because ours wasn’t ready yet. We also were not warned there would be a live band playing outside our house window on Friday afternoon & night. Pluses: AC was very cold, parking was free, beds were comfortable.

Clean property, very close to Charleston historic district (10-15 min), Mt Pleasant and Sullivan’s island. Huge savings over staying in Charleston proper with minimal inconvenience. Walls can be thin, but was not a problem 95% of the time.

This hotel is usually pretty good. This time the TV remote did not go with the TV. It took a while to get that corrected. The plug on the AC/Heater was burned out and lying on the ground. Therefore, no heat. I had to hold up the diverter to make the shower work. The Maintenance supervisor was at the front desk at checkout. He did not even think about an apology when I told him what all was wrong with the room. The picture is the heater plug.

Decent hotel with a lovely pool area. They have live music but it's too loud and can be heard in the rooms. The place is a bit understaffed, but the team members were kind and helpful. More attention to the front of the hotel is needed. We stayed for 4 nights and trash accumulated every night in front of the hotel from bar patrons drinking, eating, and smoking out front (pizza boxes and old drinks under the rocking chairs). The trash cans spill over and the entrance isn't cleaned up until very late in the mornings. Still, it's a great location and price...and dog friendly!
