Hotel staff was extremely nice & helpful during our New Year Eve getaway! Just wish we knew further in advance the Baltimore City was shut down (no outdoor/indoor dining only take-out)
We arrived late in the evening to taped off entrances and no one at the door or reception. The hotel looked closed. Despite being experienced wold travelers who are in hotels regularly around the globe we were very unsettled. A cleaning person walked by and assured us the hotel was open so we went in. But the lack of any welcome or activity remained uncomfortable. We dis finally get welcomed by a very gracious gentleman, but unfortunately he was the inky person in the huge unwelcoming hotel so didnt really have the a ability to address any of the issues. We asked to cancel our reservation but because we booked through hotel.com could not be refunded. To park we were directed to an empty and unsupervised parking garage that increased our discomfort once again. A pet fee of $75 was excessive. The room was ok but given we were told the hotel was relatively empty discovered that we were in a room overlooking the garage rather than inner harbor. Seriously! When we arrived to the 11th floor to go to our room the elevator door wouldnt open. While it makes sense to use a key card to get in the elevator the need and reliable technology to allow us to easily get off the elevator was an added scare. Finally, when we arrived to an ok room we discovered that one of the the quasi comforters on one of the bed merely sandwiched between two sheets rather than put in a duvet had a blood stain. The location On inner harbor nice but not worth it.
Great hotel with a great view. Close to all of Baltimores attractions.
Nice view, good customer service but the bathroom was not clean and during the times of COVID if we can notice the bathroom not clean... What's there to think of how well they sanitize during COVID? Overall nice hotel, no other problems except for Cleanliness
My room was very cold. I had to call down to front desk to be sure i had follow the necessary step to turn up the thermostat but it didnt help. I was then offer more blankets or a change of room but had to get up in the middle of the night to get them instead of them bringing it to me. Restless night!!
Room was comfortable and nice. Most amenities closed understandably. Top hotel for a few dollars more than lesser places

The staff were very kind and accommodating and the hotel was lovely.
standard double room was plenty roomy with small fridge and large flat screen tv. my only complaint was that the faucets in the bathroom sink swung both forward and back, making it hard to stop any drips, and they were also reversed, ie: the one marked cold came out hot and the one marked hot came out cold!
Stay was excellent. The front desk service was outstanding. Kasandra was awesome and an absolute joy to be around. Extremely helpful and so pleasant. Room was very clean, neat and had all the amenities expected. I was there for a short time but will certainly stay here again.
